About the Black Women’s Empowerment Weekend

The 5th Annual Black Women’s Empowerment Weekend (BWEW) is set to take place on July 26-27, 2024, at the Cal Turner Family Center at Meharry Medical College and Marathon Music Works in Nashville. This highly anticipated event is exclusively designed for Black women and girls, as well as allies who support and champion Black women leadership.

Empowering Leaders of Tomorrow

BWEW serves as a pivotal platform for fostering Black Women Leadership, offering a diverse array of workshops, panel discussions, and keynote speeches. The weekend is meticulously curated to address various facets of empowerment, from personal branding and financial literacy to reproductive health and community advocacy.

Ronne Brown & Tequila Johnson: The Pink Table Talk

Ronne Brown, author and founder of GirlCEO & Herlistic, alongside TEA’s CEO Tequila Johnson, will headline the event with an engaging dialogue on personal branding. They will share actionable insights on how Black women can leverage their unique stories and resilience to excel in any environment, reinforcing the essence of authentic leadership.

The Empowered Woman Track
